Roster Submission

Each team must submit a completed roster before start of first game of the season. A roster is complete:
  1. Waiver/registration form signed by each player on roster.
  2. FOR EVERY PLAYER ON ROSTER, AN UP‐TO‐DATE DRIVER’S LICENSE OR EQUIVALENT FOR PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENT.
  3. For each player whose eligibility is determined by employer a pay stub or letter from TOWNSHIP confirming employment.
  4. If eligibility is based on ROXBURY HIGH SCHOOL graduate please submit driver’s license copy and write out year of graduation on copy of driver license. If eligibility is based on wife graduating from Roxbury High school (grandfather prior to 2016 season) please submit year of wife graduation class on the copied player’s driver license. If player is grandfather please write GF on copy of player’s driver license.

Teams guilty of violating any of these roster rules will be subject to forfeiture of all games and no entrance into tournament as deemed appropriate by Advisory Board.

Additions or changes to roster and teams may be submitted no later than May 25 of that season. Once a player plays a regular season game, he may not play with any other team for the reminder of season or post-season unless approved by both team captains and advisory board. Post-season roster changes are not permitted except player with injury clause approve by Advisory Board prior to start of tournament.

Captains must meet prior to start of game with umpire, the bat rule must be checked. Bats must be declared legal at this time. HOME or VISITOR will be designated though schedule assignments. Home team puts out strike mat, and provides new game ball, visitor provide best back up ball. Home team is designated on schedule.
